He's not upset, no, but he is still jealous. I'm not so naive as to think his blessing means he's fine with the thought. But at the end of the day he wants me to experience everything I was unable to before.

I have his blessing but that doesn't mean it's not complicated. And I imagine it's even more so for you, who would be leaning toward monogamy under normal circumstances.
