[ He doesn't at all seem to mind Emet's hands wandering, occasionally arching his back into his touch or bringing his lips to his neck and jaw for a few quick kisses. He's quite clearly in a very good mood and playing around with Emet always feels nice, even when they're just cleaning each other out.

He will of course also offer to wash his back, though he can't really take care of his hair if they're not using a bath. When they're done, he'll insist on being the one to step out first and get them their towels ]

There you go, my beloved.

[He drinks up that good mood, reflecting it back at him along with the playfulness. And he could kneel for Five so he could wash his hair but he’ll save that for another time. He’ll just give it a quick rinse.

And he can’t hold back a smile at the words. Five truly means the world to him.]

Now I do feel pampered.

[He steps into his towel and capture his face for a very indulgent kiss. He bites his lower lip before pulling away.]

Is there a dress code you desire for this date?

[ Oh. That's nice. There's a soft, pleased noise at that kiss, and once he pulls away he'll lick his lips, humming at the question ]

No. We're not going anywhere special, just at the cafè.

Then I’ll leave the heels at home.

[Not that he needs to be taller or has heels.

After another quick kiss —- how can he resist when Five looks like that? —- he will dress in the mentioned attire from earlier. Shorts, sandals, a loose button up shirt that isn’t garishly bright and sunglasses in the shape of stars. You know, like the ones in Animal Crossing.]

[ he's going for his normal Taisho outfit this time around but he is very charmed by seeing Emet actually wearing that ]

You are driving, correct? We could even take your motorcycle if you like.

Wow. You really are in a good mood if you're allowing that.

The motorcycle would be my preference, yes.

[He's tugging at his hand to pull them out of Taisho and into the garage. He waits for Five to situate himself before he gets on behind wrapping his arms around him.]

I could distract you though it would be much less safe than the car. Thus I will refrain. But do imagine it.

Making me imagine it is already a bad distraction, you know.

[ he will wait until he's ready before he starts it, and then off they go toward the café. He does seem to enjoy driving Emet around more like this, but in fairness, it's definitely because he has to stay that close ]

[He rests his head on his shoulder and does hold him close as they ride. He does behave, too!

They can’t really talk without shouting so he doesn’t. Thus the ride there is just the two of them, the road and each other’s company.

It is utterly delightful.]

[ It really is nice like that, even in silence. It feels special, in a way, being able to enjoy each other's presence, the weight of Emet's body against him, knowing it really is just them right now.

He loves this man so much. And when they are finally there, he'll carefully park the bike and once they are both off, the first thing he'll do is tug on his wrist to kiss him ]

[Just realized the date typo. Whoops.]

[He is a little surprised but leans into it, hand resting on the small of his back.]

Aren’t you affectionate? … I do not doubt you. Your love. The promises we’ve made.

But I could get used to this.

[He tugs him against him for another kiss.]

[ somehow i also didn't realize so we're both paying close attention ]

[ His face does go red at it being highlighted, but he'll kiss him back, and bring his arms around his neck ]

I was just thinking that it really is nice. Just being able to enjoy your presence without talking, feeling your body against mine while we're just driving. I could get used to that too.

Maybe I should look into more closely though de-aging potions. I would enjoy resting my head against your back.

And I can be convinced to ride the motorcycle more often.

[He cups his face.]

Especially if I can get that look.

[He just laughs and kisses him again before taking his hand and leading him inside.]

[ he seems pretty pleased with that, holding his hand and squeezing it lightly ]

So. We're obviously getting coffee and donuts for me, but what about you? And I was wondering if you felt like sharing more wedding plans with me.

I'll take a coffee as well, but perhaps go with a small meal instead. Unless you count donuts as a meal.

[He sits down and lets Five handle the ordering not really carrying what he picks in the long run.]

I am asking Klaus about customs from your star. I figured a mix of that and something uniquely our own. Considering your travel through time, I don't know how many weddings you actually had a chance to see.

Though I suppose the first question would be how many different outfits would be considered appropriate?

[ He hums at the suggestion, and in the end decide to go for a simple meal AND a donut, though he clearly intends to share it with Emet. ]

Honestly I have no idea. I do think the standard is two. But that does remind me Lily asked about marriage tradition as well recently.

[He has no problem getting a fork and just eating off his plate. He answers simply.]

I did make it clear I think he doesn't have the emotional maturity to even understand what he's asking, and the fact he didn't talk any of the logistics regarding his other relationships and coming to my world with Luther only proves it further.

But well. It is up to Lily.

I did also suggest they should speak about what they imagine their future to be like together. What they want. I don’t believe Lily is immortal and that could cause complications. Neither is Luther.

But I am glad they found happiness nonetheless.

Though speaking of Levity what are your thoughts about recommendations that I be more vulnerable around him.

That's up to you, isn't he. He is your lifelong friend, not mine.

[ he sighs ]

From an objective point of view it's a terrible idea. He is prone to being judgmental and has shown this time and time again in big and small ways. I think regardless of his intentions he's bound to hurt you.

But from an emotional standpoint it's more complicated and even I can get that much.

[He takes his hand with a slight squeeze.]

I am asking you because I value your opinion. But perhaps I should rephrase the question.

Do you think our bond cannot grow if I do not?

No bond can grow without honesty and showing vulnerability is part of that. Even the two of us would not have gotten as close as we have if we hadn't shown each other vulnerability.

So yes. I think your bond cannot grow if you don't.

But part of me certainly wants to discourage that.
