Description:
Remember how last memory Lila had Five on the ground and her foot on his throat? She got the idea from him. This memory opens with Five's foot on Lila's throat, and The Handler just next to them. Five compliments her on her strategy to plant Lila in psych ward to trick one of his brothers, and here The Handler reveals that she's his daughter - which does seem to surprise Five.
When Five lets her go upon The Handler's request, she tells him "I am so going to enjoy killing you someday" - which Five clearly doesn't take seriously (MISTAKE BOY). She then leaves them upon her mother's request, and Five cuts to the chase and asks her what she wants.
The Handler however decides to go on a tangent about Jazz, which Five clearly doesn't appreciate or cares about. But she does eventually get to the point: "under her leadership, the commission would be more like Jazz". When Five asks her "and what about the board of directors", she immediately rebuffs with "that's where you come in".
Five is clearly not on board with the plan but The Handler does make a good offer - in exchange for the assassination of the Board of Directors she'd let him and his family go back to 2019, as well as let the world continue when they're back there. No apocalypses! Five is not convinced but willing to take it in consideration, and asks for further information. The Handler confirms that she knows where their meeting will be held, and Five eventually leaves to think about it.
