It was worth the reaction.

[ childe groans against his mouth as he rolls his eyes, ] What does that even mean, sensei?

A young person considered sexually attractive. And specifically my young, sexually attractive person.

Sensei… [ hearing him explain has somehow made it worse. ]

[ he’s dying over here. ]

[ THAT'S TOO CUTE. And again, he laughs, kissing him again ]

I'm teasing you, Emet said it to me while talking about you, and I had to take it out on you.

[ he’s going to have to get emet back somehow. ] He said I’m your boy toy…? [ that somehow makes it worse!!! ] What kind of conversation were you having about me?

He just gave me some homework. About your soul.

[ this soul stuff is never going to be anything but strange and exceedingly intimate, so he’s still dying. ]

O- oh… yeah, he, ah, he looked at it. [ he didn’t freak out too much this time. ]

I'm glad you trust him enough to let him. I know it's a little overwhelming at first.

You do have a choice, you don't have to do anything you don't want to. ... But this does help.

[ reaching for his hand, and tugging him toward his room ]

[ squeezes his hand and follows. ] Sensei, do you know what pocky is?

I do. Why are you asking?

[ produces a box of pocky. ] I saw something called a 'pocky kiss' and I wanted to try it with you. [ his tails start wagging at the prospect. ]

I've read about it too.

[ he's going to take the box and take one pocky, bringing it to Childe's lips after ]

Are you ready then?

[ flushes. not being in control is really throwing him off kilter. he laughs, taking the piece of pocky between his lips. ]

'm ready. [ nods. ]

[ he's dying of embarrassment too but keeping a straight face because seeing childe embarrassed is fun. But here he goes, starting to bite on the other end and looking at him like he's waiting for him to do the first move ]

[ his face colors that much darker as he nibbles along his own side, his hand reaching for five’s neck as he leans in to join their lips together for an extra sweet kiss. ]

[ well, looks whose face is going fully red. They've kissed countless times so this is nothing new, but it's the whole game that feels stupid and childish for him, so of course, it's embarrassing.

But it is nice to do this sort of thing with him, so he kisses him back, and when he does pull back, his face is still red ]

Well. That was nice.

[ childe licks his lips, smiling across at five, because that red is a real good color on him. ] It was different. Definitely nice too. [ going to lean over and kiss him regularly. ] I just kind of wanted to try it, and I’m glad I did.

[ he's bringing a hand to the back of his neck, leaning in for another quick kiss ]

I feel like I'm a little too old for these games. But it is nice.

[ chuckles, ] Oh, how do you old guys enjoy kissing huh? [ he takes five’s hand and brings it to his lips for a kiss. ] Like this?

[ that's a critical hit, his face goes even redder and it's obvious he likes it ]

[ oh, he didn’t expect that to be a crit. ]

[ smiles against the back of his hand. ] I should have known. [ overturns five’s hand to kiss his palm, and then his wrist, and slowly moves the fabric of whatever he’s wearing to kiss up his arm. ]
