[ It takes his breath away the moment he's inside. The garden itself is beautiful and full of life, and it's one of those rooms that he knows he'd find calming whenever things go south. But it's the care of adding details such as city sounds and lights that really get to him, since he can tell that must be something they thought of specifically for him. Who else would be so attached to that, after all? ]

This is truly incredible. You guys keep outdoing yourselves.

[He smiles and kisses Five's cheek.]

The city was Hades's touch. Ever does he consider your comforts even when I might forget.

[He slips his hand into Five's to lead him down a path lit almost entirely by mysteriously glowing flowers until they reach... candles lining the way, and surrounding a small table set with food, wine and some more glowing flowers and candles.]

[ He can't hide the soft smile on his face when Lahabrea points out it was Hades' idea. Of course he's always thinking of his comforts.

But he does hold onto Lahabrea's hand, squeezing it lightly as he takes a good look at the flowers surrounding them and then at the table already set ]

Oh. That is quite romantic.

[He pulls a chair out for Five, bowing.]

That was the idea. Of I am to seduce you I wish to do so properly, at least this time.

As if you don't always do that properly.

[ he'll sit down when prompted to, smiling at Lahabrea and clearly already charmed ]

And all this good effort certainly deserves its own reward.

[He sits across from him and looks at him quite fondly.]

I have hardly begun. And you are worth every effort and more, my friend.

[He does pour them wine. Dinner is... contrary to the fancy setup, burgers.]

[ That suits him a lot better - but he expects Lahabrea to have picked that because of it ]

Coming from someone I admire and cherish so much, that really does feel nice. Thank you.

But I should at least be a gentleman and ask how your day has gone.

Ever so gentlemanly. When you wish to be. I have been working on our goals, as usual. But tell me about your own.

I had a nice time with Hades just earlier actually. But I want to focus on you now, so we can save the details for a different conversation.

Lately I'm picking up gardening. Caeli gifted me a room and I've been experimenting with it.

[Of course he wants gossip but gardening is also cute.]

What will you grow?

Hades and I planted some of the first flowers I gave him, and I planted a few from Caeli's homeland as well. They're growing well so far, and I'm excited to see the end result.

It's nice to actually be able to grow life. I hadn't thought about the fact I might enjoy it but it does make sense.

It does rather suit you. You should be surrounded in living things. Both greenery and those you love. I've no doubt Hades intends to see to it that you are, always, but there's no reason not to start now.

Somehow it's a little embarrassing when you're the one who says it.

[He laughs softly, leaning his chin in his hand.]

Really now? And why is that?

[ he'll try to employ a perfect distraction by starting to eat his burger to give himself a bit more time to answer ]

You make me sound sweeter than I am.

From where I am sitting you are incredibly sweet, Five Hargreeves. Perhaps one of the sweetest men I have ever met.

[He'll watch him eat, expression fond before starting to himself.]

That's only because I like you and you get the best parts of me.

[ he's trying to be rough because he's embarrassed, is it working ]

Perhaps. Yet I find you are rather kind to most, whether they notice it or not.

[He's so fond of this man even when he's being tsun. Especially so?]

Maybe too much if people are starting to question I'm an asshole. Zhongli did seem surprised when I mentioned it.

Well, if you choose to show more bite I am sure that would be entertaining to watch.

Well, I may invite you to that after this part of dinner.

I should have known better than to try to embarrass you with that. You are weaker to genuine compliments.

[He laughs softly.]

Come now, I will always invite you to try. If only for the fact that your sulking is ever appealing.

[ He totally is sulking ]
