[Since Lahabrea feels well enough to be up and about, he'll wait outside BARiTONES in the elevator lobby for him.]

[ He's surprised to see him when he's already there, but he smiles ]

You know I know the way well enough, right?

I needed a change of scenery for my pacing 'tis all. Lahabrea is out for the moment.

[He let's him in and takes him to his shared room and the spare bed was retrieved.]

How are you feeling?

[ He follows him there, keeping his pace but definitely looking anxious once they are in the room ]

Fine, just ... You know. Maybe dreading the next couple of hours.

[He puts a hand on his shoulder.]

I hardly need to tell you this, but as perfect as the illusion is it is merely a reflection of your desires. There is no shame in wanting as you prioritize each item.

And we can stop anytime you wish.

I know, I wouldn't go through any of this if I didn't think you have a point.

Seeing each detail clearly will at least put some things in perspective. But we are saving the Observatory for last, if you don't mind.

I'm glad we are of equal mind on that fact.

And truthfully, what I saw was probably only a fraction of that place. Too concerned was I to finding you.

[He makes them both a cocktail mixed with a sleeping potion because he imagines Five's nerves will make rest difficult. He hands it to him before lounging on the bed with his own glass.]

[ That's a good plan given how nervous he already is, and he mutters "thanks" before he sits down on the bed as well, taking the glass

And downing it in one go ]

[He finds a blanket for him and does nothing more than hold his hand.]

You've faced countless obstacles in your path before. Your talents wide and varied. This is just another avenue of knowledge, and I will be with you every step of the way.

[And when sleep takes them he'll wake up in the garden. Hades will pat his back.]

Hard to believe this mansion lives right in the middle of a bustling city.

[ Unsurprisingly, once again he appears as an adult in his dreams. And when he wakes up to the garden, he frowns as he looks at the statue of Reginald.

There's a sigh, and then he turns to face Emet ]

Well. It does span an entire square block. We got enough space for ourselves. Really drives in the point that we were some rich assholes, huh.

I imagine none of you had access to the pocketbook. You had to sneak out for donuts after all.

[He does stare at Five's chosen appearance for a few seconds before strolling up to the statue.]

I'm afraid I didn't get to look at this too closely as we mostly stayed in the gazebo.

[He snaps his fingers.]

You should also have access over the dream, should you wish it.

[ Unlike their last shared dream, he does have the wedding ring on his finger as well, so the appearance is the same as his ideal world.

And at Emet's words he immediately replaces his father's statue with Ben's - putting it back to how it was supposed to be ]

Considering I know now that Ben is dead, it wouldn't feel right to leave him in his place. We've already established my complicated feelings toward my father, I don't need a memorial for him.

[He will comment on the ring later, but does file that away.]

Ben will always be cherished and love by you and your siblings. Of that there is no doubt. His memory held by you all.

But if I might point out there is enough space to have two memorials, perhaps one more prominent than the other.

One halfway decent advice and a decent conversation doesn't make him worthy of one, you know.

If he wants a memorial he's going to have to earn it. This one was for a version of him that never existed, and I'm not going to celebrate that.

[ shoving his hands into his pants pockets, and looking over the Mausoleum ... before he starts walking there, expecting Emet to follow ]

A postcard portrait on the kitchen table then? At least from the one you had decent conversation with.

[He's half jesting, but does follow. After providing some flowers for the base of Ben's statue.]

He'll get his urn on the bar counter.

[ and he does make the change, but they're not there to see it, so it doesn't matter.

Once they are at the mausoleum, they'll both see the graves of each of his siblings - with the death date being April 1 2019, the day of the Apocalypse.

Five just pauses there for a long moment before he turns toward Emet ]

Kind of tasteless for an ideal scenario. I suppose my mind couldn't entirely do away with this.

You could never forget. No matter how hard you try, what substances you abuse, what memories you put between then and now. 'Tis a simple truth.

[If the burning smell is still apparent, he'll wave it off before getting on his knees in front of one of the graves, probably Vanya's.]

But this is not the end. Hope still rises for a better a future. A future where you have them.

[ It was, and it's good Emet got rid of it because it was already bringing up unpleasant memories, and this is already difficult as is.

He's quiet for a bit more, but eventually walks closer to him and reaches for his hand to hold ]

We still do have to take care of that ceremony, to say a proper goodbye. But not here, and not like this.

[He squeezes his hand.]

Of course. I would not. Not here. But might I spare a few moments to have a word with them.

... No, of course not.

I'll wait.

[ but he's not letting his hand go. ]

[He had no intention of letting go either.]

Where to begin.... I suppose you all would be distrustful of a stranger at your resting place. Given all that you have lived through I do not blame you. You've walked a long, hard road together filled with uncertainty and burdened with expectations. But I do have a request for all of you.

And that request is to care of Five. Trust me I know he can be sharp around the edges, callous, and perhaps seem unkind, but in his heart he loves you all more than anything. For you he would break time, stand defiant in the face of an organization who sees all and work himself nearly to death. He does this for all of you, because to him there is nothing more precious. I have no doubts you care for him just as much, so I simply ask that you open your hearts to him in return.

And one day, he'll be able to tell you himself.

[He'll squeeze his hand again and pull himself up to his feet.]

[ He didn't expect Emet to talk in his own language, and he's surprised, but not in a bad way. If anything, it shows more respect than he expected, and it's touching even if he can't understand the content of those words. ]

We really need to get started on additional lessons for your language.

[ there's a pause, and just like Emet did with Ben's statue's earlier, he'll change the scene so there are flowers for his siblings there, too. ]

But for now ... I'd rather not spend too much time in here.

[He smiles softly at the gesture of flowers.]

We can set up a schedule after all this. You can surprise the old man in your lessons with him.

[And he puts his hand on Five's upper back as they leave.]

[ there's a small smile at that, and he'll walk back inside the mansion - heading for the living room and skipping everything in the basement, just like that ]

Oh, I'm sure he'd hate me knowing a language he knows nothing about. One more reason to learn.
